This Privacy Policy applies to user’s data collected, stored or processed by Republer for providing the ad-serving services.
1. Types of collected information
1.1 Personal information provided by Users
In the process of using Republer, including registration and other interaction with the company users provides personal information and data:
• Account information: when user signs up into account certain information is required for registration;
• Communication: when user communicates with Republer, we collect information about communication and any information user chooses to provide;
1.2 Non-personal automatically collected information
Republer may collect information that is associated with a unique user without identifying the user personally. The types of collected day may be the following:
• IP address;
• operating system and web browser;
• page address;
• referrer (address of the previous page);
• time of access;
Cookies
Republer may use cookies to collect non-personal information. Cookies are small pieces of data sent from websites and stored on the user's computers by the user's web browsers while the users are browsing. Republer can use this information for providing more relevant ads for user. Cookies are unique to the specific web browser. Cookies do not contain user’s personal information like name, address, gender and etc.
2. Purpose of collecting and processing information
Republer collects and stores only the information needed for displaying ads. Republer uses the collected information for purpose of displaying of more relevant ads by geographic criteria, interests, and other parameters. The user can at any time disable collecting such information by changing the appropriate browser settings, which allows not to set up cookies.
The user can at any time modify (update, or append) the information specified in paragraph 1.1 of this Policy. The information provided by users is anonymous and is used only for the purpose of feedback communication to a user.
3. Terms of storage, processing and disclosure of information and data
3.1 Republer takes all reasonable measures to protect the information provided by the Users from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution as well as other illegal actions of third parties.
3.2 User acknowledges and agrees that Republer cannot provide absolute protection guarantee of the provided information nor guarantee absolute security of communication between the Users and Republer.
3.3 The User is solely responsible for not providing login/ password to any third parties. In the case of loss or disclosure of the password user should contact Republer.
3.4 The Company may disclose information and data provided by the User to third parties in the following cases:
• user agrees with disclosure by accepting the rules of the certain service;
• if such disclosure is necessary by the laws of the Russian Federation;
4. Opt-out, refusal to collect data
Republer uses cookies to uniquely identify a web browser and so deliver ads that is relevant to a user. Republer cookies do not collect any personal information. If you prefer not to see online behavioral advertising, you may opt-out of it by pressing button below:
Opting out of the Republer cookie means that you will no longer see ads that are selected for you, based on your browsing behavior or other ads you have seen.
Republer opt-out tool is cookie based. If you have cookies blocked, or have blocked cookies from Republer, the opt-out tool will not work. The opt-out tool sets a nonunique value in your Republer cookie that tells the Republer ad server to serve you any ad, rather than an advertisement that is customized for you. The opt-out tool cannot set this value if you have no Republer cookie. Please note that opt-out applies only to advertising materials managed by the Republer.
5. Legal basis for processing personal data
Legal basis for collecting and using the personal data depends on the context in which Republer collects it.
Republer collects personal data from user only: (i) when the personal data is needed to perform contract with user (ii) when user gave consent to do this (iii) Republer have a legal obligation to collect personal data from user. 6. Obtaining and use of personal information and data received from minors
Republer does not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
7. User's rights
The user can implement any of rights listed below by sending request at support@republer.ru
7.1 Access and management of information
Republer gives user option to update some of information through Account settings.
7.2 Rectification of information
Users have the right to ask Republer to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information related to them inside their account which cannot be corrected/updated by themselves.
7.3 Access to data and portability
Applicable law in some jurisdictions may request user to send copy of personal information held by Republer. User can also request to send copies of personal information provided to Republer in structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or request Republer to transfer information to another service provider.
7.4 Retention and erasing of data
User’s personally information is retained for as long as it necessary for the performance of the contract between user and Republer complying with its legal obligations. When there is no ongoing legitimate business which needs to process personal data, Republer will delete or anonymize user’s personal data. At any moment user can request to erase his personal data.
7.5 Withdrawing consent, restriction of processing
User can withdraw given consent to collect information without affecting the lawfulness of processing by sending email to Republer with clarification of which consent is withdrawn.

8. International information transfers
Please be noted that information collected by Republer may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside user's jurisdiction, while Republer takes appropriate safety measures to ensure an adequate level of data protection. Laws in these countries can be different from the applicable laws of user's jurisdiction.
